Edge Sander - Northtech NT ES300ST-732 Edge Belt Sander

NT ES300ST-732: This newly designed belt oscillation system is combined with the main motor and gear system. The machine is equipped with a small table for curved corner sanding and two large cast alumium tables for versatile vertical oscillation edge sanding. This series utilizes a powerful drive motor for efficient mass production requirements. All tables are equipped with tilting and height adjustment devices. Belt change and belt oscillation adjustment are fast and easy. Designed and built for long-term operation, and superior surface sanding results. Two drums are rubber coated and equipped with balance adjustment fixtures. 12 " x 138" Belt, Platen size:47.24"

Standard Features:

• The Sanding belt sands in both the horizontal and vertical position or any angle in between 0 to 90 degree.
• Belt platen is made from a precision ground steel platen.
• Main sanding paper runs in precision ball bearings and is oscillated by a heavy-duty worm and gear mechanism.
• Worm and gear mechanism runs in oil.
• 3 Spindles from 1-1/2" to 3" in diameter all have threaded ends for quick changes.
• 4" Dust port for efficient dust collection at both sides of sanding belt.
• The front cast iron table can be moved up and down and also forward and backward to the sanding platen.
• Special rubber idle roller and aluminum drive roller for ensure positive grip.
