NT-555-53MT: High Performace Pin Router, 5HP, 3 Phase, 10,000 or 20,000 RPM, 3-1/2" spl travel, 1/4" - 3/8" collets, 21-7/8" throat, 0 - 45 degree tilt of table, table(24 x 18), solid cast iron construction, high precision bearings, 6 position preset turret stops, high production capability.

• Collect - Double taper type, 4 pieces, each size one - 1/4" 3/8", 1/2". Metric sizes available 6, 9, 12mm.
• Guide Pins - 3 pieces, each size one - 1/4", 3/8", 1/2".
• 5HP Spindle Motor with magnetic switch.
• Dust Hood - 3" diameter outlet

Standard Features:

• Precision Constructed Spindle Assembly - The massive spindle, which is ground and balanced, is mounted on super precision(GNP4 grade) ball bearings to assure high performace routing year after year. Close fit tolerance and carefully assembly to minimize thermal expansion, almost without heat generated, quiet, stable running in high speed routing.
• 3-Position Depth Stops - A square turret built inside the head which gives 3 depths spindle travel control, stoppers may be adjustable. The knured knob under head allows operator select depth conveniently
• Spindle Travel - Travel speed adjustment is made from controller on air cylinder. Maximum travel 3-3/4". The spindle downfeed is driven by air cylinder, operated with foot switch. Hydraulical controlled travel end speed provides smoothly feed against the work.
• Smooth Downfeed - A shock absorber is provided in the router head to prevent the router bit from bumping against the workpiece.
• Tilting Table - The 24" x 18" cast iron table has a precision ground surface, and is heavily ribbed to prevent warping.
• Drive Belt - Top quality belt assures long service life. Belt tension is made with handwheel through a rack and gear mechanism giving positive belt tension and correct belt track.
