The Black Bros. Panel Cleaner ensures a particle free substrate prior to gluing or coating to help maintain a consistent, high-quality bond and reduce scrap in your laminating, finishing or veneering operation. The compact design facilitates an efficient vacuum and airflow system for maximum dust pickup and better conformance to todays OSHA and EPA regulations.

This cost-effective unit is positioned in-line ahead of gluing or coating machines for the best possible finish. By eliminating rejected product resulting from dust or embedded chips on surfaces, the panel cleaner provides a highly attractive return on investment. Typical applications include paper vinyl laminating, and cold press, composite and finish-coated panel production.
