The vertical boring gear box is driven by a 1.5 KW motor, fully programmable from 1500 to 5000 RPM
• (4) Horizontal spindles are positioned front/back, and right/left of the machining head (0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°) for edge boring in the X and Y axis. The horizontal gear box is driven by a 1.5 KW motor
• X-axis grooving saw is powered by a 1.5 KW motor utilizing a 100mm diameter saw blade
• Work area capacity of 2750mm (108.2") x 900mm (35.4") with (6) movable panel support benches. (10) full sized pods – 140mm x 115mm x 100mm and (2) narrow pods

• Powerful vacuum pump with 40 cubic meters/hour capacity is suitable for both raw particleboard/MDF and finished material (melamine or plastic laminate)
• Safety - perimeter fence helps prevent accidental intrusion from the ends or back of the machine. Safety mats assist in stopping the machine if operator enters the working area while the machining head is in operation. The mats are divided into (2) working zones so you may load or unload parts at one end of the machine while the machine continues to work on the opposite end
• Weeke POWERCONTROL CNC Control System – Features an office PC with icon-driven graphical operator interface that simplifies operation. Programming with windows based WoodWOP software is with simple coordinates or by the entry of formulas to define the relationship between panel size and hole locations (parametric programming)
• Windows-based Personal Computer (PC) for operator interface, 40.0 GB hard drive (partitioned for Window operating system), 128 MB of ram, 3.5” floppy drive, high resolution color graphics (VGA) with 15” color monitor, full function keyboard and mouse, bar code reader interface and software included, Ethernet interface for local area network (connection to office PC’s), RS-232 serial interface for simple PC connection.
• The PC is connected to a dedicated CNC unit for accurate and reliable control of all machine functions. Simultaneous three-axis linear control.
