With the patented curtain concept, a global vacuum suction chamber is additionally created. Together with mechanical clamping, the layer gripper SPZ-M-C can also handle
products which so far could only be transported manually.
The layer gripper SPZ includes state-of-the-art valve and vacuum check valve technology, as well as modular gripper modules. The mechanical gripper modules' options can be controlled
pneumatically or with an electric motor. According to "FMEA" [Failure Mode and Effects Analysis] the layer gripper SPZ is a modern, weight- and force-optimized design. The modular system
is appropriate for all common bus actuations. Optionally, energy-saving versions are available for all designs.

The vacuum layer gripper SPZ-M-C was designed to handle a variety of packaging materials. The patented curtain concept generates an additional globale vacuum chamber.
Together with the mechanical clamp the gripper can transport packaging they were previously manuell or with more expenses transported. The SPZ-M-C enables the automation of the
palletising and depalletizing from packaging.
