Schmalz Vacuum Lifts Vacuum Suction Spiders SSP-SGTThe vacuum spider SSP-SG is used in conjunction with vacuum suction grippers. Due to the broad selection of available suction grippers it can be used very universally and can be adapted for nearly every application. The vacuum spider can also be flexibly equipped with gripping elements optimised for a particular industry or application. It is found in all areas in which automated vacuum handling is used. The modular gripper system consists of the various coordinated individual components. This makes the fast and economical setup of entire gripper systems possible, ensuring minimum cycle times and the highest degree of reliability. Flexible adaptation to each requirement through the combination of various gripper principles (vacuum, mechanical, magnet, ...) saves time and high process costs. Standard solutions made from aluminium, steel pipe and plastic elements ensure low weight and high acceleration through perfect selection of the materials. The intelligent valve technology additionally saves effort when picking workpieces. With this vacuum spider, the use of virtually every vacuum gripper is possible.
