1. Flange Module
|
2. Longitudinal Cross Arm
- Longitudinal cross arm is available in the standard lengths of 2,500 mm, 4,000 mm and 6,000 mm. Special lengths can be manufactured variable (min. 800 mm; max. 6,000 mm)
|
3. Vacuum Distributor
- Variable available with one to five connections.
|
4. Large-area gripper connection
- The connection is flexible and spring-mounted. Optimized for a stroke of 25 mm (optional 50 mm or 90 mm)
|
5. Large-area grippers
- By default the large-area grippers FMC are used. They have a low height and weight and operate with an external vacuum generator. Optionally the large-area grippers FXC with an integrated vacuum generator can be used.
|
6. Vacuum Generator
- Vacuum blowers with reversing

|
6. Valve unit
- Optimal adjustment of blower output and suction capacity to the workpiece handled
|
7. Sensor Unit
- Opto-electric sensors with background suppression
- For checking whether workpieces are stuck [7.1]
- Vacuum switch for optimizing cycle times [7.2]
|
8. Large-area gripper connection
- The connection is flexible and spring-mounted. Optimized for a stroke of 25 mm (optional 50 mm or 90 mm)

9. Large-area grippers with separation function
By default the large-area grippers FMC are used. They have a low height and weight and operate with an external vacuum generator. Optionally the large-area grippers FXC with an integrated vacuum
generator can be used.
The optional separation function, allows layerwise handling of air-permeable work pieces. Separation pulse flows through the sheets and prevents several sheets from sticking together when the
top sheet is gripped.

Vacuum Spider SSP for handling checker plate
- The vacuum spider SSP with the FMC-grippers is often used for handling cheker plate. The grippers have a low height and have a low weight. This makes them ideal for automated handling.
Moreover, they have excellent sealing properties and absorb the unevenness of the checker plate. The gripper system can also work with partial occupancy and thereby enables the handling of
different sized workpieces. The modular gripper system consists of the various coordinated individual components. This makes the fast and economical setup of entire gripper systems possible,
ensuring minimum cycle times and the highest degree of reliability.
