• Machine configuration - (4) Stations – (2) floating shapers and (2) floating sanders; each with 5" stack capacity
• (2) Shaper stations are 10 HP direct drive Himmel motors with 1-1/4" diameter arbors; shaper stations are variable speed from 6,000 to 9,000 RPM and reversible
• (2) Sanding stations are 2 HP direct drive Baldor motors with 1" diameter arbors; sanding stations are variable speed from 6,000 to 9,000 RPM and reversible; sanding stations tilt 45° and have air jets
• Variable speed conveyor speed from 0 to 35 FPM; 6" heavy duty conveyor and roller holddown system
• PLC controlled "jump-cope"
• Machine is equipped with "Quickset" option: CNC control for positioning of 7-axis (3 y-axis and 4 z-axis); software will automatically move all spindles to saved positions; once spindles are all set to desired position machine will automatically start. Typical profile set-up is done in under 15 seconds once correct tooling is loaded
• Maximum material thickness - 2-1/2"; minimum material width - 1-1/2" plus the depth of the cut
• (2) 5" Diameter dust ports and (2) 4" diameter dust ports
• Includes (2) used panel cutters and (2) used sanding wheels
