• (2) 1 HP Baldor reversible variable speed AC belted motor drive motors - sanding stations equipped with (6) air jets per sanding station to minimize dust build up, non-tilting 1" spindle diameter with 5” stacking capacity for up to 8" diameter sanding heads, includes horizontal and vertical digital position indicators in 0.001" increments
• 2 HP Baldor AC variable speed feed motor up to 35 FPM drives heavy duty infeed chain with 6” wide metal plates with replaceable urethane pads, upper feed section consisting of (5) staggered rows of urethane hold down rollers, feeds from right to left
• Heavy duty infeed fence with a leadscrew adjustment and digital position indicator
• Large phenolic infeed table with a UHMW outboard support strip for supporting large workpieces
• Pivoting control panel with E-stop button
• All dust hoods have nylon brushes for maximum dust control, plus hinges for easy access
