Northtech introduces the NT-1000HCHD-XLT 39 " Production Series Double Surfacer, 8 rows 30 x 12 x 2.5, QTY-456 (2 sided carbide knife), 30-90'min. feed rate, surfacer engineered towards high calibration and ultimate finish requirements of glued panel applications, production series universal drive system with integrated friction clutch, electronic oiler, auto table positioning, chromed table, horsepowers available 75+ 75 +15, or 60 + 50 + 10.

• Heavy duty jack shaft and lifting column system
• Feed Motor 10HP inverter feed to 110' per minute
• Extreme duty gear boxes employed
• Steel is R58(spring steel) and will provide 2-3 time the life under higher feeding speeds
• System also will include heavy duty drive sprockets incorporated into chain system
• Feeding speed will be increased to 20'-110'min
• Machine tested and ready for installation
• Includes operators manual and parts book
