Hendrick VSS 20.40 scoring vertical panel saws offers a large cut capacity in a compact space-saving design. Many sought-after features are included as standard such as true scoring by separate scoring blade, built-in dust collection, precision steel material support rollers, auto-shifting material support grids and both standard and metric preset vertical cutting stations. Both cross-cuts and rip cuts are easily performed while your material lays at rest.

  • Separate scoring blade offers true scoring for chip-free cutting of double sided laminate materials
  • 6-ft-plus cross-cut by 12-ft-plus rip cut capacity (other machine sizes available)
  • Vertical cutting stations at both 40” & 1m on center locations to be used in either standard or metric
  • Fully integrated dust collection system
  • Auto-shifting material support back grids & auto-inserting saw kerf splitting wedge prevent binding
  • Floating head material hold-down secures panel on both sides of saw blade while enhancing dust collection and safety
  • One set panel positioning allows material to lay at rest for both cross & rip cutting
  • Precision aligned steel support rollers for ease of loading & material handling
  • Center material support shelf allows operator to stand erect while cutting smaller parts
  • Fully adjustable measurement systems - standard & metric
  • Rugged, easy-to-adjust material stops
