Evans Heat Tunnel, Evans 4604 Heat Tunnel
Evans Model 4604 Heat Tunnel The evans machinery model 4604 Heat Tunnel provides an efficient, compact method of laminating high pressure laminate to a substrate using an environmentally safe, non flammable, water soluable PVA adhesive. Operating in less than half of the space of a cold or hot press, the 4604 can also be set up with segmented bottom rollers for products requiring build-up on the bottom side. This heat tunnel uses radiant heat and silicone nip rollers for a continuous cure and a consistent quality bond. With simplicity and the economy in mind, the model 4604 is available by itself or as part of a complete system. This is also available as a single sided model with either a solid or segmented bottom roller.
