Evans Model 0161 Automatic Coving Machine

The evans model 0161 automatic hot melt coving machine meets the demand for economical production of consistently accurate and strong postformed backsplashes. One operator can easily produce quality blanks in less than a one minute cycle. Operation of the coving machine emphasizes ease and accuracy. The postformed blank may be rolled in or out of either end or front loaded into the machine. The blank is clamped securely against accurately adjusted stops while the backsplash is formed around the heat bar. The cove stick travels under the stationary hot melt nozzle onto a channel which subsequently places it in the cove relief opening where it is secured until the glue is set.
