CTD N80 13" Vertical Frame and Notching saw

The model N80 is used for a variety of cutting applications including 45 degree double mitre cutting, notching and bending of aluminum and plastics extrusions, or toe-notching of wood panels. This heavy duty machine can have blades set for notching or mitering. Blades move vertically on linear bearings on 1'' hardened and ground rods. Keyed fences allow for easy setup and accurate dimensional changes. The model N80 is Desinged to cut Aluminum, Wood, plastics, composites, aluminum extrusions, plastic extrusions, non-ferrous metals.

Standard Features and Specifications:

• Blade Capacity: 13'' OD; Saw blades not included.
• Arbor: 1'' with 3'' saw collars; mounted on preloaded and sealed bearings; 2- belt drive; 3450 RPM of spindle.
• Motors and Voltages:Two, 2 HP 3 phase 230/460V totally enclosed fan cooled motors, 60Hz, 3450 RPM with dual magnetic starter; 3 HP motors available. Also includes rotary disconnect switch and blade guard interlock switch.
• Table Base: Precision Machined and ground iron castings with milled keyways to guide fences; allows for easy and accurate dimensional changes.
• Floor Stand: Heavy gage steel; stand is completely enclosed with 6'' dust collector outlet and scrap chute; 1200 CFM required.
• Actuation: Air operated by foot valve with cover
• Air Pressure and Consumption: 3 CFM at 80 PSI based on 10 strokes per minute; includes air filter/regulator/lubricator with auto drain.
• Size and Weight : 43'' wide x 38'' front to back x 58'' high; weight 750 lbs.
• Production Rate: Up to 15 strokes per minute
